The open-floor concept living area boasts not only everything you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals, but stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The top-of-the-line kitchen has a double oven, stovetop, large refrigerator with water / ice maker, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and electric kettle. All basic cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery are provided. Additionally, there is a second refrigerator downstairs, ideal for storing drinks and snacks.
Entertain Outdoors
A large dining table and BBQ are on-hand for poolside dining and outdoor entertaining. Relax in lounge chairs next to the crystal-clear vanishing edge pool, or climb the stairs to the rooftop patio to really soak up the sun. Pool toys and floats are available for use. There’s even a hot tub to warm the rare chilly Costa Rican evening.
Sleeping Arrangements
The main floor of the home has a primary bedroom with ensuite and a second bedroom. The lower level contains two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The beds on the lower level are murphy beds, so if you don’t need them, they can be folded into the wall for more space!
Bathrooms
The primary bedroom on the main floor has an ensuite full bath with a huge walk-in shower. Another full bath is available on the lower level. There is even an open outdoor shower on the patio.
Smart Home Features
You can easily connect to the home’s Wi-Fi. Every room has AC for the perfect indoor atmosphere. The living area has a smart TV, perfect for downtime after a day at the beach.
