Where We Love to Eat

  • Hotel Luna Azul

A restaurant and lounge located inside a boutique hotel, this is the closest dining establishment. With an ocean view, tasty gourmet food and delicious cocktails and mocktails, you can’t go wrong at this restaurant!.

  • beach hut restaurant

    Rancho Cocobolo

Also connected to a boutique hotel Rancho Cocobolo is the epitome of a beachside food haunt. Enjoy pizza, burgers and fries, seafood and other tasty quick dishes with a classic cocktail. Or try a signature milkshake! You’ll love the views and the laid back atmosphere of this restaurant.

  • interior of an open air restaurant

    Brisas del Mar

Traditional seafood dishes at outstanding prices. Don’t take our word for it, look at the reviews of this restaurant on google, tripadvisor, and facebook!

  • blue building restaurant called ancient people

    Ancient People

This little spot, in walking distance to/from the beach, serves some of the best breakfast and lunch around. They have food for nearly all dietary preferences - carnivores, vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free folks can all find things they love! There is also a gift shop attached for browsing and finding the perfect souvenir.

  • tables under a huge palm tree

    La Luna

Serving Mediterranean food, including amazing pizza, alongside traditional fare, La Luna has gorgeous views of Playa Pelada and a cozy, dreamy atmosphere. You can’t go wrong if you wind up at La Luna in Nosara.

  • tiki hut restaurant sign

    Tiki Hut

Doing some surfing in Marbella? You have got to stop by the Tiki Hut bar and restaurant. Well executed, tasty foods with the most chill vibe, you might want to stay just to hang out!

These are a few of the places we really recommend, but we also think it’s a great idea to do some googling and check out reviews before you go. There may be somewhere new along the beach that’s got outrageously good fish tacos! Keep in mind that some of these places are small, family-owned joints, and sometimes they won’t have everything on the menu, or could be closed unexpectedly. Additionally, if you are visiting just before or just at the tail end of the “green season” (May-November), there is a higher likelihood of encountering unexpected closings or limited menus, as they are preparing for, or recovering from, the tourism boom.
